We missed you last night! We went over tubing and Morgan's Canoe finally sent us the waivers ahead of time that need to be signed and we passed those out. I think most going on the trip are actually over the age of 18 and if not, parents are going, so we should be good. If your parents aren't going, then make sure they drop you off so they can sign the papers.

We are leaving at 10:30AM!

You will need $11 for tubing and then some extra because we will stop on our way back and get some food.

Bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Bring a positive and good attitude! This should be fun!

Hey everyone!

Just as a reminder we are going river tubing this Saturday!

We reserved 30 tubes and currently have 23 or 24 people going. When we reserved the tubes though, they told us that we MUST be at Morgan's Canoe in Brookville by NOON. So we must change our meeting time to 10:30AM at church! We apologize for this and we sincerely tried to get a later time, but they have their rules. The cost is $11 per tube. We have waivers that will need to be signed before you go by a parent.

ALSO, YOUTH TOMORROW NIGHT AT 6PM. BE THERE!

This is a reminder that on SATURDAY, AUGUST 12 we will be tubing down the Whitewater River. :) It should be a fun and relaxing day! The cost for the rental of the tube should be between $10-15. The whole church is invited to come! :) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP! We are hoping to place a reservation for the tubes a few days in advance.

Well, if you missed youth tonight, you missed one of our announcements...

Eric and I found out last week that we are expecting our first child! :)

It's still a bit early in the pregnancy, I'm at 6 and a half weeks, but we figured we would let people know now, so prayer can begin now! Our first doctor's appointment will be on August 15th. Pray that everything continues to go well and we receive reassuring news on that day! And with prayer, we hope to have our new arrival around March 13th.

HELLO!

Thanks for this past week of VBS! Eric and I were just talking and we felt it was quite the success! It's the largest group of youth since he has been here, so that was a bless indeed! We had 13 youth enrolled and averaged 8-9 each night. Go youth! By the way, we hope you enjoyed the week too!

In honor of this, tomorrow night (Friday) after the block party, the youth will be going to BW3's to hang out. So bring a friend and come! :)
Maybe Eric will do a gator run or two.

As most of you know, Dave Thomas, went to be with our Lord yesterday afternoon. Please remember the Thomas family in your prayers as they continue to grieve this loss.

Also, keep in mind that on Wednesday we will be having youth at 7PM. If possible, bring in your mission trip pictures and we will scan them for the slide show on Sunday.

Sunday, those that attended the mission trip will be leading in worship, through time of testimony. Be prepared to share a few thoughts.

Sunday also begins VBS. There is VBS for youth. We will spend the first half in study as a youth group and the second half helping other classes.
